Why don't you list your package prices?

Dodgy people in our industry have a reputation for adding on surprise charges at the last minute. That's because each customer has it's own specific process and listing out all of them would make for an extremely boring and complex website. We want our customers to know and understand what they're getting into. Quality work without bad surprises. If you use our form above we can deliver you a quote to your phone right away, and if you prefer to make the booking online, we can make suggestions of which package and add ons will be required to achieve your desired results.

Wont lightening my hair so much cause damage to my hair?

Not when it's done properly and safely by a skilled expert.

What if my hair is box dyed or coloured dark?

That is exactly the kind of challenge we specialise in. Box dye can be stubborn and unpredictable- but with the right planning, it's still possible to achieve a beautiful and healthy blonde. We'll assess your hair history, current condition and long term goals before starting. In some cases, it may take a few stages to get there safely and this will depend on the amount and the type of built up artificial pigment. We will always be upfront, realistic and protect your hair every step of the way. We may also on occasion recommend that you come in for strand testing and detoxing prior to your sitting.

Why can't I just go to my local hairdresser down the road?

You can indeed go to your hairdresser down the road, and perhaps she is also a fantastic colourist. But on the other hand- perhaps she is not!

Did you know that a qualified hairdresser holds a certificate 3 as their qualification. The training criteria does not cover anything around corrective or transformative colouring apart from a surface level understanding.

Our Head Colourist/Director, Carla, has spent the past 20 years refining and advancing the art of lightening complex hair types. This isn't basic blonding or foiling but often a combination of her own custom techniques that she now teaches to her team.
